Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room could have been cleaner and the shower was broken, the hotel tried to make up for it with upselling us into a room with a view, which turned out to be the same as in the picture. The service was a bit hit or miss - the concierge, Big Mike, was helpful, but they neglected to bring our vehicle out until we complained. The location was convenient for accessing food and shopping, within walking distance to many attractions, though it lacked some color and artwork. The dining experience was impersonal, and the options were very limited. Despite the flaws, the hotel's facilities were decent, making it an average value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near great food and shopping spots, with small but sufficient rooms. The service was friendly but somewhat loud in the mornings. The location is perfect for easy access to dining and shopping options. The dining experience was average, not exceptional value for money.
The hotel has a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are cozy and quiet, facing a back wall which ensures a peaceful night's sleep. While it's not a huge deal, having a refrigerator in the room is convenient with all the food options around. However, the dining lacks a continental breakfast option, and having to use a card for elevator access can be a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cute, well-appointed, and fairly quiet, but the size was a bit overwhelming, and my view of the staircase next door was not ideal. The service was lacking in attentiveness and control over room access, impacted by loud music and plexiglass barriers. However, the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and convenient access to various attractions. The dining options needed improvement, not meeting my expectations, but the neighborhood's charm and local amenities were a significant plus.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really clean and beautifully laid out. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was perfect with plenty of food options nearby. The dining experience was fine but not exceptional.
The hotel's room was very small for the money paid; I had to walk sideways past the bed and TV. Despite this, the bed was massive, but the noise started early in the morning. The service was professional and helpful despite the expensive valet parking. The location was convenient, not in the Loop but close to an 'L' station. Dining options were subpar, and the facilities were in good condition.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were comfortable, and taking the advice to book an inside room to avoid noise was spot on. The hotel replaced the towels every 3 days, but the rooms felt a bit tight and small. The service was fantastic, the location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, and the dining experience, although a bit impersonal, was still convenient. However, the lack of variety in the dining options and the small rooms were minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious, but the view was disappointing. The service was hit-or-miss, with some staff being welcoming while others were not very helpful. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, but parking was a challenge. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. The facilities were average, nothing extraordinary.
