My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room could have been cleaner and the shower was broken, the hotel tried to make up for it with upselling us into a room with a view, which turned out to be the same as in the picture. The service was a bit hit or miss - the concierge, Big Mike, was helpful, but they neglected to bring our vehicle out until we complained. The location was convenient for accessing food and shopping, within walking distance to many attractions, though it lacked some color and artwork. The dining experience was impersonal, and the options were very limited. Despite the flaws, the hotel's facilities were decent, making it an average value for money.

The hotel's room was very small for the money paid; I had to walk sideways past the bed and TV. Despite this, the bed was massive, but the noise started early in the morning. The service was professional and helpful despite the expensive valet parking. The location was convenient, not in the Loop but close to an 'L' station. Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were comfortable, and taking the advice to book an inside room to avoid noise was spot on. The hotel replaced the towels every 3 days, but the rooms felt a bit tight and small.
